The patient referred for complaints associated with a crown restoration on tooth #16 that was placed 5 years prior. CBCT scan revealed an adequate previous endodontic treatment with no missed canals as well as enlargement of the membrane of the maxillary sinus above the upper molars. It was decided to perform non-surgical root canal retreatment only on the MB root.
