CBCT Helps Treat Difficult Anatomy and Preserve Teeth

This article describes a case of the patient who had a root canal on #21 and after unsuccessful re-treatment was referred for extraction and placement of an implant. CBCT clearly showed missed lingual canal. Doctors was able to locate and treat the missed canal and helped patient save her natural tooth.
