CBCT Helps Diagnose Periapical Pathology

iMagDent partners with the University of Texas Health Science Center to provide radiology interpretations for our CBCT scans. Marcel Noujeim, Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Graduate Program Director at University of Texas Health Science Center, has co-authored an article that was recently published in Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. The article discusses a difficult-to-diagnose case in which the use of CBCT was crucial for successful diagnosis and treatment of a residual cyst.
